Talk Story With Jerry Rice

Jerry Rice sits down with PCA-Hawaii Board Chair Billy Pieper to Talk Story with 200 kids

In a high energy, positive environment, Jerry Rice offered a one day interactive football camp to 200 kids in Hawaii.  With a focus on skill development, Jerry and an expert team of coaches including PCA National Advisory Board Member June Jones, designed a day to learn more about football fundamentals and sportsmanship.

Every parent had an opportunity to be in a PCA Parent workshop led by Kiha Pimental where Jerry was introduced.

The best thing parents can do is just support and love their kids unconditionally.

After this opportunity of a lifetime camp, Talk Story with Jerry and PCA-Hawaii Board Chair, Billy Pieper with kids sitting on the grass field for a truly magnificent Friday Night Lights.

Billy asked, “What would your teammates say about you?”

Jerry responded, “Sports is about teamwork, everyone is part of a chain, every person has a strength.  I led by example by the way I practiced because I focused on my teammates strengths. Everyone has something amazing to give, all we have to do is find it and encourage it.”
