The PCA Blog - SF Bay Area

Historic Year for Our Chapter

08.18.2016

It’s a historic month and year for PCA-SF Bay Area. The chapter will close out the fiscal year with 385 total workshops delivered – an All-Time PCA record. This includes 88 workshops during the month of August, the highest monthly output in the organization's 17-year history.  The increase in the delivery of workshops will result in more than 73,000 Bay Area youth reached through PCA programs.

We are extremely proud of this achievement and know none of this would be possible without the incredible effort of our training staff. We want to especially thank PCA Trainers Peter Wood, Joe Thomas, Tony Asaro, and Samantha Salvia for taking on such a large portion of the August workload.

The workshops make an impact in the community and further the PCA mission of creating youth sports into a Development Zone where all youth and high school athletes have a positive, character-building experience that results in Better Athletes, Better People.

In addition to appreciating trainers, Bay Area Chapter staff Sean Carscadden and Taylor Lydon also deserve recognition for their hard work and performance.

Their contributions to the chapter's direct sales and partner support, respectfully, have positioned the Bay Area chapter for a strong close to the fiscal year. The number of new PCA partnerships that Sean’s generated, combined with Taylor’s best-in-class customer service also stand out as highlights from this past year.

The chapter's high performance can be attributed to their communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
